01 What is an e-ticket?
A paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number, known as an electronic ticket or e-ticket, substitutes the difficulties of a printed paper ticket. We email you an e-ticket within 30 minutes of your booking when you purchase an e-ticket. You must print it and bring it to the airline counter with you, along with a valid photo ID.
02 How do I know my ticket is booked?
We'll send you an SMS and an email to confirm your flight reservation. If you've made a payment but haven't received a ticket copy, please call or email the customer service representative to confirm whether the ticket has been issued.
03 How do I get my ticket details?
We share the e-ticket details on the email address you provided during reservation.
04 Do I have to show my e-ticket at the airline check-in counter?
Some airports allow you inside without a printout of your e-ticket, while others don’t. Hence, it is advised that you carry a copy of your e-ticket.
05 How to find out the cancellation charges?
The cancellation policy of each airline is different. The fees are determined by the airline, sector, booking class, and cancellation time. Depending on the airline, penalties, a refund application fee, and GST may be charged. 06 How do I make changes to a flight/train reservation?
Call us on 8469223300 (standard STD / local charges apply) and our representative will be at your service 24x7 or drop us an email at relations@crosstripworld.in.
07 How do I get a boarding pass for a ticket?
Your boarding pass will be issued by the airline, when you check-in online or at the airport. Web check-in can be done before 24 to 48 hours of your departure (varies from airline to airline). To check-in online, you need to share a 6-digit airline confirmation code (PNR) that is available in your itinerary. You can also get a boarding pass from a check-in kiosk or the ticketing agent when you arrive at the airport.
08 How do I confirm my seat assignments?
Although we reserve seats in advance, some airlines need you to confirm your seat assignments. Their guidelines for doing so differ. You can check with the airline directly to see if you have the option of selecting your seat.
09 Can I cancel my tickets?
Yes, you’ll have to call us at 8469223300 (standard STD / local charges apply) to cancel tickets. Keep a note, cancellation charges may apply.
10 I still haven’t received my refund. What should I do?
We’re extremely sorry to hear that. Usually it takes 7-10 working days for the refund to process and reach your bank account. However, if you still haven’t received the refund, drop us an email at relations@crosstripworld.in and our representatives will get back to you at the earliest.
